Maria has brought beauty and confidence to clients for over 38 years, ever since graduating from La’James College in 1986. As the proud owner of Promesing Image Salon & Spa, she started this family-run business with her daughters in 2013, and it’s been a dream come true ever since. Maria specializes in both hair and nail services, offering everything from Brazilian Blowouts and color transformations to acrylic, gel, and dip enhancements. When asked to pick a favorite, she says, “I can’t really say. I love doing both and wouldn’t want to give up either of them!”
When she’s not in the salon, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband, Carey, and their four daughters—Kenzie, Brittany, Lauren, and Taylor—and their growing crew of 9 grandkids. She loves cooking, baking, and making memories with family. But her favorite part about work? “Besides doing hair and nails, and making my clients feel good about themselves while in my chair, I love working with my daughters every day and building an amazing team that feels like family to me.”
