Susi has been a vital part of Promesing Image for over 10 years, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As the Lead Receptionist and bookkeeper, she’s the organizational powerhouse, handling everything from bridal party planning to day-to-day bookings, always with a smile.
When she’s not at the salon, Susi loves spending time at the lake with her husband, Chris, and their two kids, Kolby and Blake. You’ll also find her cheering on the Cyclones during game days!
What does Susi love most about her job? The relationships she’s built with the staff and clients over the years bring her the greatest joy. Being at the front desk allows her to witness the incredible creativity of the team firsthand, and she wouldn’t trade that for anything.
